A. 미온수에 중성세제를 풀어

세탁해주시길 권장드립니다 !

* 차후 탈수 과정에서 인형의 물기를 제하고자

심하게 비틀고 짜는 행위는 인형의 형태를

망가뜨릴 수 있으므로, 중성세제 세탁 후

여러번의 헹굼절차 이후에 자연스럽게 건조해주셔야 합니다.

(솜의 중량이 높아 건조하는데 다소 시간이 소요되나,

탈수 및 건조를 진행하실 경우 인형이 훼손될 수 있습니다)

+ 새로 추가된 20cm 옷도 손세탁을 권장드립니다.

Q. When will it be delivered?

A. We expect it to be around February,

2023. If there are any changes related to the delivery date,

we will notice on Twitter.

The production period takes more than 3 to 4 months,

and the Chinese factory is closed in January.

For now, please consider it as a delivery at the end of February.

Q. How to change the delivery address.

A. Please write (order number/order name/change shipping address)

and leave an inquiry in our website Q&A section,

or use the “Change shipping address form” to be uploaded on Twitter 2 to 3 weeks before delivery!

You can change the shipping address only if the order form is <Product Preparation> that you created at the time of order.

If the status is confirmed as <Preparing Delivery>, it cannot be changed!

Q. How to cancel order / How to change the quantity

As it is a pre-made product,

it is not possible to cancel the order or change the quantity

because it is in the process of manufacturing after the order is closed.

Q. Is there any one-day or additional sales schedule?

There is no one-day or additional sales schedule during the production period.

Q. When will the stock be sold?

We will open the stock sale after all delivery and CS processing of inquiries regarding defects and omissions.

It's going to be around March 2023.

Q. When are you going to sell the 10cm and 40cm Cheetah Lee?

We are trying hard to proceed with the 6th sales schedule together.

In the new sales session, dolls of all sizes are expected to be sold together,

but it is not decided yet, so we will notice on Twitter as soon as the exact sales schedule and sales item are confirmed.

And in the case of a 10cm Cheetah Lee, the selling price will change.

This is because the production price has changed according to the manufacturer's circumstances.

Q. How to wash Cheetah Lee dolls.

A. We recommend you to wash it in lukewarm water with neutral detergent!

In the dehydration process, severe twisting and squeezing to remove moisture from the doll can damage the shape of the doll,

so you should dry it naturally after several rinsing procedures after washing with neutral detergent.

(The weight of the cotton is high, so it takes some time to dry, but if you use a dehydrator or dryer, the doll may be damaged.)

+ We recommend hand-washing the newly added 20cm clothes.
